VACUUM COMPONENT ASSEMBLY TESTING
We developed vacuum components together with customers. Our design and process based on functionality, usage environment, reliability, and durability.
Pressure testing equipment: Hydraulic press - can test up to 50bar, and 9000psi for specific application. Helium leak detector - can detect leakage rate up to 5x10-13Pa·m³/s
The test system contains a high-vacuum mechanical pump.
